2 Hearts: The Lacy Jo Miller Foundation believes that through education, awareness and prevention we can stop the violence in our culture and promote understanding and healing on both sides of violent crimes through restorative practices, cooperation, compassion and proactive programming that addresses the needs of those most likely to commit violent crimes.
